If you are not a resident of the state of Georgia, please contact our office immediately so that we can determine whether or not you are subject to non-resident seller gain tax withholding.

Sellers who are corporations, LLCs, partnerships, trusts or estates should also contact us as soon as possible to go over any additional requirements for your closing.

Rahall and Associates must approve in advance any power of attorney form which seller intends to use at closing. We can prepare the form for you (see seller information sheet for details).
