Purchaser Info

FUNDS FOR CLOSING. If the exact amount you need for your closing is not available, you may bring the amount estimated by your lender. Any minor difference may be paid by personal check or refunded to you at closing.  Your funds for closing must be either in the form of a cashier's check (made payable to Rahall & Associates or yourself) or wire transfer. Select "Wiring Instructions" button at the top of the page for our wiring instructions. If you are coming directly from a closing at another firm please arrange for that firm to wire funds to us.  We will be glad to assist you with this.

HAZARD INSURANCE. All lenders require a hazard insurance policy with full replacement cost coverage at closing, paid in full for the first year. You may pay the insurance premium in advance (as long as we are provided with a paid receipt), or we can collect it from you at closing as part of your funds for closing.

POWER OF ATTORNEY. If your lender has approved the use of a power of attorney for your closing, a specific power of attorney is usually required. Please contact us for details.

ALL PURCHASERS MUST BRING GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. TO CLOSING.
